The perimeter of the new Central LTZ includes a very wide area of the historic center of Turin (2,62 Sq.km.) and 37 access area off limits are marked with warning signs and the words painted on the asphalt LTZ.
In the hours ban (by 7.30 all 10.30, Monday to Friday) are prohibited movement, stopping and halting of vehicles. The only way to move, stop, or stopping in ZTL during the hours it is active is to have a specific permission or fall between vehicles exempt.

In the streets of ZTL Public Transport, as well as in dedicated lanes for public transport, The ban is also extended to bicycles.
